Mi casa tiene un estilo arquitectónico "mediterráneo" en las cuales las habitaciones dan al Norte, las áreas comunes ( salas, gimnasio, comedor, etc) al Oriente y cocina y áreas de servicio al Sur. Es por esta orientación que la hace muy fresca en el verano y soleada en el invierno

Also has an L shape which makes it very practical since the garden is centrally located and easily accessible from anywhere the house.
